Check the size guide on each product page before ordering. For an easier comparison, measure a shirt you already love wearing and compare it with the listed measurements.
A quick check now helps you find your favorite fit. Since each shirt is made to order, we can’t accept returns or exchanges if we sent the size you selected but the fit isn’t right for you.
📦 Can I track my order?
Absolutely! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your package along the way.

↩️ What is your return policy?
If your shirt arrives with a problem of its own, we’ve got your back.
We’ll make it right if you receive:
- The wrong item, including a size or design different from what you ordered.
- A damaged or defective product, including printing defects or quality issues on arrival.
Please submit your request within 30 days of your purchase date by emailing support@crumbandcrew.com. Include your order number, a short description of the issue, and photos showing the issue. If your request is eligible, we’ll help arrange a reprint or refund.
Because our shirts are made to order, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, sizing mistakes when we supplied the size you selected, or minor color variations between your screen and the printed product.

đźšš Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If you need to update your shipping address, email us as soon as possible at support@crumbandcrew.com with your order number and the correct address.
We’ll do our best to help, but changes may no longer be possible once your order has entered production. The sooner you reach out, the better.
🧺 How do I care for my shirt?
Follow the care instructions on your shirt’s label. Machine wash inside out in cold water, up to 30°C / 86°F, with similar colors, and tumble dry on low heat. Iron or steam on low heat, avoiding the print. Do not bleach or dry clean.
A little gentle care helps keep your favorite kitchen joke looking good beyond the kitchen.
